The Oversby Autumn 1998
Corewar Tournament

Tournament Completed

The tournament is finally complete (and indeed has been for a number of days). All that remains to do is to write all the rounds up fully. Joonas Pihlaja won overall followed by Christian Schmidt and the Robert Macrae. W. F. B. was the highest ranked novice.

Interest in the tournament tailed off significantly after about the fourth round. I think this was due at least in part to my poor reporting. It would have probably been better to have a round every week too. I hope you enjoyed playing.

Please note that the gory details are not yet complete. Rounds 3, 4 and 5 require a different script to the standard. Round 5 was already completed before the new site design so there should be just two to do.
